It's Day 7 of the 15 Days of Give Aways on BestNewBands.com, and today we're pleased to offer you the complete CD catalog of Arlington, MA's Arthur Nasson. Included in this fabulous package are the albums:

Echo Garden

Life After Telescopes
No Mystery
The Battle Of Melrose Street
Static Orange Box

We asked Arthur some questions about why this CD catalog will make the perfect gift, and his answers, instructions on winning, and links to the rest of our active give-aways are below. Read on!

Leona Laurie: Arthur, why would your CD catalog make the perfect gift?

Arthur Nasson: Some musicians spend their lives doing the artistic equivalent of re-arranging the same furniture in the same room over and over again. That’s probably the last thing anyone could say about what I do. There are so many different, and at times far flung ideas that make up these 6 albums, that it will hopefully be the gift that keeps on giving people interesting musical experiences, for years to come.

LL: Who would you say is the perfect recipient for this catalog?

AN: Someone open minded, who actively listens, a seeker of musical fulfillment and adventure.

LL: What is the best gift you ever received?

AN: When I was a kid my parents got me a knock-off, made in Taiwan drum set. They saw my desperate attempts at trying to build my own set out of scraps and garbage, and finally caved in. Given how much they were against this, and how much I played, the lifestyle sacrifice was enormous. Not only do I still have the kit and kept repairing it over the years, I used that kit on the entire No Mystery and The Battle Of Melrose Street albums.

LL: What's the best gift you've ever given?

AN: My oldest son learned on my old drum set, and when it became apparent that he was very serious about this. I suppose in keeping with tradition, we went out and got him an amazing Ludwig drum set. To see him light up as he plays is irreplaceable. Thats a gift he will enjoy for decades to come.

LL: What are you hoping to get this year?

AN: Dear Santa, this year I would like... Global Adoration, for my music.

LL: Where can the folks who don't walk away with a free CD catalog pick one up?

AN: iTunes or www.arthurnasson.com

I'd love to win this!!! I think Nasson's great, in the Zappa/Newman tradition - a great talent.
